Sunday, May 25, 4:30 until 8:00-Columbia Land Conservancy's Unshad Barbecue- Chimneyside Tales show and strolling musician. Kinderhook Farm, Shufelt Road, Ghent, New York. Go to www.clctrust.org or call 518-392-5252. This is a benefit picnic for the organization. Also playing will be "Too Blue" bluegrass band as well as other entertainment and excellent food. No shad because of a decline in the shad population. Admission is $70 for adults, $20 for youths and $10 for children under 15.

Chimneyside Tales Show at an as yet undisclosed time. Probably about 2 p.m. Tom will also be strolling and singing those great hits of the 50s through the 80s. 1750s through 1780s that is, as well as some even older material. Fife and drum corp and other 18th century music, stories, and food will be featured. $7 per vehicle. Stick around for the fireworks in the evening.

Tom has some work at The Chisholm Gallery: Masks and other "Children's Art" will be shown for the next few months. The gallery is located at 3 Factory Lane, Pine Plains, New York. Phone: 518-398-1246. As with all of the galleries, it is best to call ahead to make sure they will be open.
